iPhone firmware 3.1.3 发布

苹果刚刚公布了iPhone固件 3.1.3版，可应用于iPhone和iTouch，本次更新主要修正了 iPhone 3GS的电池电量精密度问题，并且修复了日文Kana键盘崩溃的问题。

• Resolves issue where third-party apps would not launch in some instances
